Employment Type: Part-time
Shift Times:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Description: Winston Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our fast-paced dental practice in Kings Point, NY. This part-time position involves a 13-week contract with variable shifts totaling 3 days per week. Our office features three operatories, with one operatory dedicated exclusively to hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients
- Utilize Dentrix/Dexis software for patient records and imaging
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Assist with patient management and support the dental team
Requirements:
- Registered Dental Hygienist - NYSED
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dentrix/Dexis software
- Basic computer skills
