Job Title: Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you will help set the tone for the store and the team. Our goal is to exceed the customer’s expectations. Through collaboration with the General Manager, you will help set performance goals and support talent in achieving those goals to cultivate a high performing team that fosters a collaborative store culture. You will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through Sales, Parts, and Service departments by developing processes that encourage streamlined growth.

You will lead employees to execute strategic initiatives to improve merchandising, customer, talent, and product processes, and take pride in the brand, product, store, and team. You will manage store operations to maximize sales, costs, and profitability.
