POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Key Account Manager at Winthrop Capital Management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with our individual and institutional clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for understanding their objectives, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth for the company. Your success will be reflected in your ability to hold yourself accountable, to continually learn, to provide and receive direct feedback, and to stay motivated to solve complex problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

· CRM and Data Management
· Business Development Support
· Client Communication and Meetings
· Compliance and Reporting
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.
· Prior administrative or client-facing experience in an investment or financial setting preferred.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software is a plus.
· Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and confidentiality.
