Winton Woods City Schools is Hiring an Assistant Varsity Football Coach Near City, OH
We are seeking (2) highly motivated and experienced Varsity Assistant Football Coaches to join our team at Winton Woods City School District.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the varsity football team and contributing to the development of our student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the head coach in planning, coordinating, and implementing practices and game plans,
• Help develop and implement game plans and strategies,
• Assist with game-day operations, including scouting, play-calling, and in-game decision-making,
• Maintain a positive and respectful team culture, promoting sportsmanship and team cohesion,
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success and leadership in a varsity football program, preferably at the high school level,
• Pass a current BCI & FBI background check prior to employment,
• Obtain Pupil Activity Permit having met all requirements as mandated by ODE,
• Valid Fundamentals of Coaching certification,
• CPR certification • Concussion Training certification.

The district added crew (rowing) and lacrosse to its high school sports offerings. The district is recognized throughout the region for its outstanding music offerings and has earned regional, state and international honors for its choir, band, orchestra and art programs.
