The Customer Service Advocate position responsible for processing medical, dental and vision claims.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is an onsite in office in Canfield, OH. The office is open Monday through Friday. Enjoy your weekends! The Customer Care Associate will provide information to customers in response to complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

Desired Skills and Background:
High School/GED required
Minimum of 1 year previous In Bound Call Center experience
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience
Minimum 1 year in related medical/health field
PC proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Average typing ability
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10-key operation by touch
Must work well under pressure
Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD9/ICD10 codes and/or medical terminology is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
