Data Entry Support Tech (remote US)

Position Summary: The Data Entry Support Tech will review and submit orders following standard SOP’s. They will also schedule calls with respective teams for test and turn activities while ensuring timely follow up and delivery of order milestones.

• Timely follow up and progression of order milestones
• Escalations management

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of related experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Preference:

• Previous order creation and management experience within the Telecom industry
