Program Manager

Location: Overland Park KS- (Work from Office 3-4 days a week)

Role Definition – Program Director [Contractual, Financial and Operational oversight, Able to engage customer and drive continuous success with transformation and CI initiatives]

JD

15 years of experience in software development, with at least 8 years in a leadership role in QA.

Proven track record of building and leading high-performance Quality Engineering teams

Strong understanding of wireless telecom stack

Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy for telco applications, including test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies.

Establish and maintain testing standards and best practices, including automation and manual testing approaches.

Build and lead a high-performance QA team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal support teams, including HR, info sec, Quality Governance etc.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, external partners, to ensure deliverables are met.

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies, including identifying and implementing new tools and technologies.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$1000,000] to [$200,000].
