Role: Program Manager (Agile Tools Expert)
Location: Richmond, VA
Position Summary
Supports End to End Technology for programs and initiatives including initiative financial management. Performs initiative management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Responsible for technical execution of projects supporting the Rewards team. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/initiatives. Manages multiple initiatives or a single major initiative. Partners with Program Managers, Delivery Leads and SMEs to create business features for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live
Essential Skill
- Proven working experience as a project manager or technical lead
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience on front-end/ back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in banking domain
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and suggest solutions
- Ability to create and review system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability
- Familiarity with design patterns and best practices
- Ability to understand business goals and alignment of technical solutions with those goals
- Ability to prioritize features based on business value
- Familiarity with Agile/scrum methodologies
- Updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence in making informed decisions under pressure
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $ 60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
