Role: SRE (Production Support)

Location : Austin, TX

Production support / SRE is mandatory.

Experience on Alerting and Monitoring tools like Splunk, App dynamics and similar tools

Good Knowledge in GCP

Good database knowledge-oracle,sql server,mongo db

Good Experience in CICD Knowledge / Jenkins Bamboo

Good Experience on supporting jobs on bash or shell scripts

Good Experience in Release management, automation

Understanding of High availability system, server administration, middleware technology, Data networks, NAS and networking

Good Communication.

Good Debugging / troubleshooting skills
