The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our fleet operations. This position requires proficiency in data analysis, telematics, and regulatory compliance, along with excellent communication skills and a high level of trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook to prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Work with telematics systems such as Fleetwatcher and Lytx to monitor and optimize fleet performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Communicate positively and effectively with internal fleet organization members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to ensure fleet compliance.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deadlines by analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Handle employee personal data with the utmost trust and confidentiality, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in fleet management, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with telematics systems such as Fleetwatcher and Lytx.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and apply FMCSA regulations.
• Proven ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information.

The posted salary or pay compensation ranges are approximate and dependent on applicable experience and qualifications. Upper ranges are flexible.
