We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, and reliable Wireless Sales Associates to join our team! You must be able to engage, motivate, and offer solutions to clients in our proven retail sales model. Our mission is to become a one stop shop, by utilizing your passion, to provide excellent customer service and solutions to unique sales opportunities. Your ability to uncover and position solutions to help your customers maintain services with our company, will directly impact your monetary goals. We pride ourselves on offering the latest devices on the best network, paired with our award-winning customer service.

Team members are expected to:

• Handle any required retail operations and procedures:

  • Opening and closing responsibilities

  • Outbound lead calls / appointment bookings

  • Inventory management

  • Continued learning and development

• Have the ability to work guaranteed full-time hours

• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Have and maintain reliable transportation

• Legally be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Have at minimum, a High School diploma or equivalent GED.

Compensation:

• Pay: Hourly Rate Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Profit-Sharing

• Top earners: $23 - $27/hour
