Store Hours : Monday - Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday closed

Wireless World, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for people who enjoy technology and have outstanding people skills to join our team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associate Champions! As a Wireless World / Verizon Sales Associate, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services, and develop valuable skills.

Your ultimate mission will be to provide our guests with outstanding service in a fun, energetic and supportive environment.

As a Wireless World / Verizon Sales Associate, your day to day looks something like this :

• Providing an outstanding guest experience at our incredible locations.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Wireless World, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Actively participate in Wireless World’s proven leadership and training program.

As a Wireless World / Verizon Sales Associate, we are looking for the following skill set :

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and / or Android knowledge.
• Being bilingual is a plus! Especially if you are fluent in one or more of the following languages : Spanish, Lao, Thai, Amharic, Tigrinya, or Vietnamese
