Position Requirements
- Associate’s degree or an equivalent of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a retail, inventory or warehouse position, that exhibits professionalism, sense of urgency, soft skills, and the strong ability to work with others.
- Strong people and team leadership skills with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training and developing talent for future bench strength.
- Assures solid in-event financial results through proper payroll management, expense control and a focus on growing employee performance to increase production.
- Ability to work varied, non-traditional hours, including early morning or late night shifts, as well as flexible schedules.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening and/or MVR check.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the District or Region needs
