Permits: Local Food Handlers and Alcohol Permit may be needed. What We’re Looking For Age Requirements: 18 for food samples, 21 for alcohol samples. Availability: Weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; some holidays and weekdays. Mobility: Ability to transport and set up event equipment. Tech Savvy: Bring a smart device with our app downloaded to work. Stand for Duration: Able to stand throughout the event, up to 6 hours.
