Responsibilities: -Conduct phone screens and determine candidate's viability -Develop creative tactics to attract qualified candidates -Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Boolean searches -Responsible for full-cycle candidate experience from screening to hire -Flexible availability M-Sat based on time zone of work assignment Qualifications: -2 years' experience in high volume recruiting -Recruitment sourcing experience (Indeed, Grass Roots, Local) -PC literate with Microsoft Suite -ATS experience preferred with ICIMS Salary Starting at 20.00
