Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Production Leader to join our team in the food processing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading a team, safety, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills. A background in food industry is preferred

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Train and supervise production staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policies
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to maintain cleanliness
- Fabricate products according to specifications and packaging requirements

Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

-Prior experience in a leadership role within the food industry

- Knowledge of food processing techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and food safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 - $26.70 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Overtime
