ABOU THE JOB

As the Production Lead, you will direct all manufacturing production team members on your assigned shift. You and your team will ensure that standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity are achieved. You will coach, train and motivate your team to meet production performance standards.

Available shifts:

• Monday through Thursday, 5:30am to 6:00pm
• Friday through Sunday, 5:30pm to 6:00am

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform package and product changeovers.
• Maintain low cost, high quality production standards.
• Follow and enforce all Wis-Pak policies and procedures.
• Meet production, quality, and quantity standards during shift.
• Enforce safety standards.
• Ensure proper PPE use.
• Ensure proper raw material usage.
• Monitor promotional material usage.
• Maintain effective communication with team members during shift.
• Monitor and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
• Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for frontline hourly team members.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1 to 2 years of manufacturing production or operations experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of frontline supervisory experience
• Effective coaching, facilitation, and team building skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Detail and results-oriented
• strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
