Summary of Position
The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for oversight of incoming/outgoing mail; maintaining logs and files pertaining to mail processing; maintaining mailroom equipment; and oversight of mailroom assistance when needed. Qualified applicants must have basic spreadsheet and word document skills and have experience with general data processes. This position backups the Maintenance Associate position in that this position performs light cleaning duties associated with leave taken by the Maintenance Associate. Direct mailroom experience is not required.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or similar field and five or more years professional organizational experience as a web developer.
Compensation
This is an hourly, year-round position. Pay will be based on experience.
