The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA)* is recruiting a Donor Experience Officer (DXO) to join the Annual Giving team. As a Donor Experience Officer with WFAA, you will use momentous giving days, video storytelling, and digital marketing to help annual donors and leadership annual giving (LAG) donors transform the student experience and elevate the work of faculty within the colleges and schools. We are looking for talented innovators to help align how we engage donors with their passions through video, phone, social media, and digital connections.
As energetic, passionate, and digital-first fundraisers, the DXO will leverage modern marketing tools to express gratitude and ask for philanthropic support. This position will support philanthropic priorities for the Chancellors Annual Fund. This position is a hybrid role and will require you to work in the office at least two days weekly.
Targeted salary range for this position is $57,000-$70,000, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Who is WFAA? The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association is a private, nonprofit corporation that encourages individuals and organizations to make gifts to the university and to connect with the UW. In 2014, the UW Foundation merged with the Wisconsin Alumni Association to better serve a growing population of UW alumni and donors. We believe that private support grows out of good relationships between campus leaders, faculty and program staff who need support, and the alumni and friends who want to invest in UWMadison. We provide important engagement opportunities to link UWMadison alumni to each other and to their alma mater, building a strong community of Badgers.
