**
As our Cosmetic/Aesthetic RN Injector, you will leverage your 5 years of experience in injectables and laser treatments to deliver exceptional results and client satisfaction. From HydraFacial to advanced injectables, microneedling, and chemical peels, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' skincare journeys.
**Responsibilities: **

• Perform cosmetic procedures and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient follow-up.
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment benefits.
• Maintain high standards of service, including equipment sterilization and protocol adherence.
• Stay updated with industry trends and training to offer cutting-edge treatments.
• Collaborate effectively with our team while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

**Requirements: **

• Current RN license with specialized certifications in injectables, lasers, and advanced skincare treatments.
• Proven experience with HydraFacial, Glo2Facial, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in medical documentation (EHR) and computer skills (Word, Outlook).
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Compensation: **

• $30.00/hour plus tips
• Production-Based Incentive: Earn 5% of all net revenue generated quarterly, paid in the first paycheck of the following quarter.
• Opportunity for high income with a competitive salary structure and performance-based incentives.
