Position: Automotive Sales BDC Representative As an Automotive Sales BDC Representative at Vallejo CDJR, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and facilitating their journey to vehicle ownership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Building rapport with prospective customers and understanding their needs and preferences
- Providing information on vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team
