- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT training, system implementation, or related role
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for IT systems
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, Documentum D2 or other ECM experience preferred
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in easy to understand language
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or work experience.
