Schedule :

• Great Work / Life Balance :
• 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm
• 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am
• Flexible Options Available : Flexible start time schedule. You choose your start time. Start times must be between 3 pm and 12 am.

8-hour shift. (Example : 11 pm start 7 am end, 3 pm start 11 pm end)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sets up molds and production equipment including robots, auxiliary equipment, automation, etc.
• Troubleshoots and identifies root cause issues of injection molding process and production equipment and records findings and / or submits work orders.
• Performs established shift preventative maintenance and TPM tasks.
• Maintains production data collection to include process change, downtime, and setup time.
• Ensures all processes are running within established control limits.
• Prepares first and last piece shots for Quality Control.
• Partners with Quality Technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
