Responsibilities
- Align project goals with initial design concepts and implement requirements.
- Develop technical specifications and CAD drawings for manufacturing processes.
- Define project planning and capitalize on resources effectively.
- Conduct equipment ROI analysis for acceptable OEE standards.
- Implement efficient manufacturing processes to maximize productivity.
- Conduct time studies and cost analyses to improve product quality.
- Manage project schedules, deadlines, responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Prepare requests for quotations, evaluate proposals, and document processes.
- Validate implemented processes with necessary requirements and standards.
- Act as the primary contact for problem resolution and technical guidance.
- Work closely with Cabinet Manufacturing teams to lead projects effectively.
- Serve as a communication bridge between departments and upper management.
- Coordinate activities with internal and external suppliers.
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Knowledge of the cabinet manufacturing industry is advantageous.
