We are seeking a qualified candidate who will be a single point of contact for end users, receiving support and maintenance within the infrastructure environment.

Duties:

The duties performed will include deploying, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all desktop/laptop, printers and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Provide OS and application support for (primarily) Microsoft products.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, TCP/IP and DNS and how it relates to desktop support.

Strong support in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.).

Ability to analyze client or server issues and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve the problem by following proper escalation steps.

Experience with support and understanding of Office 365.

A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking

Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision.

Work well autonomously and in a team environment.

Professional experience supporting Windows 10 desktop/laptops and printers.

Ability to interact with team members in a respectful manner.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to move equipment and files weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to bend/kneel frequently while working with equipment.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or comparable work experience preferred.
