Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role, reporting to the Director of Product Strategy, and well versed in high level project manager skills from conception to launch. As an Project Manager II located in Minneapolis, MN you will be working with Fleet Product Suite, responsible for coordinating Fleet Product, project planning, activities, milestones and deliverables to achieve successful project outcomes, including managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met; and will act as the primary point of contact for development of new products.
• Responsible for managing meetings, communicating with external partners and customers and cross functional teams within the organization, completing change order requests, timeline management, communicating to senior management, analyzing the programs lifecycle and also working to find resolutions from the impact found in that data.
• You will vet incoming product ideations for this product group and develop Statement of Work and project plans
• Work with Marketing to review Industry and market trends, competitors and GAP Analysis. (Could have up to 10% Travel with onsite customer visits and trade shows)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences

PMP Certification

5-10 years Product/Project Management, Business Analysis or product related experience

Experience with Product Management, CRM and ERP software

Experience and strength in communication used when interfacing with customers and cross functional teams
