Job Summary: The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
