Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Home Products Showroom Manager to lead our showroom team in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for luxury home design, a proven track record in sales management, and a commitment to fostering a culture of respect, empowerment, and accountability.
Job Summary: The Luxury Home Products Showroom Manager's primary objective will be to enhance the showroom experience for clients while driving revenue growth and brand recognition. You will lead a team of showroom consultants and staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective product presentation, and successful sales outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Luxury Home Products to align showroom activities with overall company objectives. Customers include home builder groups, custom home builders, remodel, and retail.
Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outside custom homebuilder sales representatives and showroom floor sales representatives.
    • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with custom homebuilders, designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Showroom Operations:
    • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Ensure that all customer inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Showroom Operations:
    • Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained and effectively merchandised to showcase our luxury product offerings.
    • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source new products and maintain inventory levels.
    • Implement operational best practices to optimize efficiency and streamline processes
  • Customer Experience:
    • Champion our company's core values of respect, empowerment, and accountability in every customer interaction.
    • Provide expert product knowledge and design guidance to clients, offering personalized solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
    • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate regular reports to assess progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies for maximum impact.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field, or five years of Showroom management experience
    • Proven track record of success in luxury retail, showroom management, or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
    • Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills, with a deep understanding of luxury products and clientele.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. ERP background is a plus.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally within the region.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
