Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate shift schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Plan and execute menus for various dining options, including catering events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus
