• You love to help conceptualize, script, and create engaging short-form content for TikTok, IG, and Youtube.
• Expert storytelling skills while being able to build and cultivate community.
• Participate in and contribute to brainstorms / works sessions focused on messaging development for key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and planning:

• Work closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & Tik Tok.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social media campaigns and activations.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals

Cross-Platform Integration:

• Work closely with other vendors to ensure cohesive and integrated content across various platforms.
• Leverage social media content for cross-promotion on other social media channels.

Content Creators management:

• Work with creators to creating engaging Instagram and TikTok posts and videos from end-to-end to showcase our clients’ products and services.
• Work with creators Creating engaging UGC contents
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, and features

Script Development:

• Write creative briefs and scripts for videos and designs, and oversee production. Work with in-house, freelance, and UGC creators.
• Leverage your experience to create content that has the potential to go viral across various social media platforms.

Requirement：3 to 5 years experience with social media management, including building campaigns, content, driving engagement, social advertising, and campaign analytics

• Mandatory Requirement: All applicants must submit a portfolio link.
• Proven experience as a scriptwriter with a focus on creating viral short video content.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey messages in a concise and compelling manner.
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling on TikTok and links to social media accounts
• Ability to receive feedback and execute modifications to in-progress projects
• Attention to detail, strategic thinking and instincts for creative storytelling
• Ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines
• This role is temp-to-hire (opportunity to convert to a permanent position after 90 days).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
