Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Creator to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and managing digital content to promote our services, engage our audience, and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, graphic design, content writing and a passion for creating impactful content in the healthcare and recovery field.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create engaging, informative, and relevant content for our websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels. This includes writing articles, creating videos, and developing infographics that resonate with our target audience.
• SEO Strategy: Implement and maintain SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure all content is SEO-friendly.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, messaging, and goals. Work collaboratively with marketing and communications teams to maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital content. Use analytics tools to track engagement, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, to generate content ideas and ensure accuracy and compliance with health information regulations.
• Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and participate in relevant online discussions and forums.
• Strategic Scheduling and Planning: Develop a yearly schedule of key conferences and events that align with the organization's goals and budget. Plan and coordinate WisHope attendees, including logistics such as registration, booth hosting, travel arrangements, and accommodation, if necessary.
• Collaborative Campaigns: Work with team members to integrate merchandise into broader promotional campaigns. Leverage giveaways and branded items to enhance online and offline marketing efforts.
• Direct Marketing through Internal Targeted Contacts: Utilize internal networks and contacts for direct marketing to strategically promote programs and enhance audience reach and engagement.
• Graphic Design: Utilizing various design concepts and videography elements to develop captivating content to promote and engage online to increase brand awareness and user traffic

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, videography, graphic design or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for healthcare, wellness, and recovery topics.
