Wisk is Hiring a Senior Designer Near Mountain View, CA

Your daily challenge is to help realize the creative vision and create beautiful, impactful work. This work will range from integrated campaigns to website stakeholder journeys and socially-driven content.
We’re seeking someone who is a highly conceptual problem solver, an amazing designer, a presenter of ideas, and a key member of our working team, who will help us convey our brand in ways that can inspire and educate our audiences.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and partner with other designers daily. You will also help to manage the work with resourcing, project management, and production to help propel the work forward.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 2 to 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.

Pay Range the Company expects to pay:$136,111 - $156,449per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.

In this role you will:
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content.
- Assist in the creation of our brand evolution at every touch point.
- Execute integrated, cross-channel projects with strategic and creative excellence.
- Help to define project scopes, milestones, and resources, setting clear expectations and timelines.
- Present creative concepts and progress updates, incorporating necessary feedback.
- Partner with Social and Comms teams to develop and execute creative visions.
- Partner with the Marketing team on content creation including website design and event content.
- You must be a hands-on contributor who can execute your concepts.
- Art Direction, Design Direction, Human-Centered Design
- Be a strategic thinker, keeping business goals in mind.
- Create design solutions for complex challenges
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Integrated campaigns and user journey design
- Adept at streamlining creative workflows and strategic planning
- Exploring new technologies/trends and fostering a growth mindset
- Illustration and motion graphics skills are a plus
- Degree in Graphic Design. Background in strategy is a plus.
- 8 years of experience in an agency or in-house role working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns with a diverse portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting work and providing creative direction.
- Proven ability to develop and execute campaign concepts across various channels.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to execution.
- Proven experience in evolving a brand and user experience.
- Interest in marketing trends, social media strategies, and new technologies.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite. Expertise in Canva and various media delivery models is a plus.
