Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Production/Infrastructure specialist for our US infrastructure team. This job mainly consists of installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and shipping our Witbe products in Americas. You will work closely with the Warehouse in France, the customer care team, the customer success managers and the R&D.

Reports to: US Production Manager

Key job responsibilities:

• Analyze the product delivery tickets and create/assign the technical sub-tasks,
• Analyse hardware maintenance tickets escalated by the customer care, and manage the replacement of hardware,
• Prepare the configuration of our products through internal tools,
• Install system/software/ specific configuration on the products,
• Install Witbe accessories like Mobile Screener, USB Controller, Smart TV Screener,
• Configure and install devices like iOS or Android devices, STB,
• Perform diagnostic analysis of our systems, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty hardware, networking issues,
• Update the tickets to inform the progress to the reporter,
• Pack everything following the instructions, provide packing slip for each order,
• Create labels for shipment and track the delivery,
• Communicate and track everything to maintain a stock inventory up to date.

Major Duties :

• Be reliable and punctual
• Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive
• Lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Work independently and with minor supervision
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, and taping
• Ensure that productions requirement and standards are met consistently
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Report any machinery issues to management
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime as needed

Basic qualifications:

• Associate degree
• Passionate interest in IT/Network/new technologies
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Good understanding of computer networking
• Basic Linux understanding
• Basic Math and Office Excel skills
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching

Prefered qualifications:

• Warehouse experience (shipping and receiving)
• Linux experience
• VMware ESXi experience
• Inventory Management
