The purpose of this position is to perform skilled accounting functions for the business operations of the WITCC campuses and to provide accounting and administrative support to the Controller. RESPONSIBILITIES:Process accounts payable.Process and assign regular and blanket purchase orders; determine schedule for payment requests.Process weekly accounts payable payments.Audit monthly purchase card transactions.Compose routine correspondence, memos, reports, and forms.Perform duties of switchboard operator in operator’s absence.Use excellent communication and human relations skills.Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information, maintaining confidentiality.Advance and advocate a campus climate that values inclusion and belonging.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.This is a full-time, grade 5, support position with an hourly wage of $21.18.
