The purpose of this position is to deliver specifically designed college and/or company emergency medical services training programs.Organize and delivery of American Heart Association training sessions for students.Assist in the development, organization, and preparation of training materials, lesson plans, supplies and equipment for contracted classes.Initiate and follow up with business contacts and prospective students.Assist in the recruitment and retention of students.Monitor student academic progress and skill development and maintain student records.Tutor students in specific content areas or practical application.Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for courses and projects.Use excellent communication and human relations skills.Use database applications to create and manage files and communicate requested information maintaining confidentiality.Advance and advocate a campus climate that values inclusion and belonging.Perform other related duties as required.This is a full time, grade 6, administrative position with an annual salary of $48,032. Work schedule may include occasional evenings and weekends and may include travel to off-site locations.
