Seeking bourbon connoisseurs to provide a superior experience for guests. These bartenders will be responsible for cocktail mixing, tastings and building tours to educate guests on the origin and story behind the products.

Must show hospitality and create rapport with a wide variety of guests while steering them towards preferred flavor profiles and favorite uses for products. Willing to become a brand ambassador for a high-profile client.

JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare cocktails, tasting samples, and food orders.• Become a product expert and speak expertise to guests.• Speak of products in a positive manner.• Verify identification and age requirements of bar guests.• Prep bar area and keep bar area clean, sanitized when applicable, and organized throughout shift.• Provide guest suggestions based on customer preferences using knowledge of products.• Build rapport with guests to create a positive experience.• Provide service for sponsored events both on-site and off-site with advanced notice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum TWO years bartending experience. • Food Server experience preferred. • Ability to provide exceptional service and anticipate needs.• Desire to engage guests and direct their positive visit.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
