Key Responsibilities

• Weekend work required 
• Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries and requests
• Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients and Intake Investigators
• Timely and accurately transfer new case info/details to our system (FileVine) daily
• Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign up
• Adhere to all Firm policies and procedures related to Client Engagement Agreement
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information, protected health care information, and business operations and practices.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe and the ability to quickly learn case management software – FileVine.
• Professional appearance and behavior

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous related experience

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Working Conditions

Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Some overtime may be required in order to timely accomplish work demands.
