We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients and has experience handling and managing customer inquiries via phone and email .

Primary Responsibilities

• Receiving phone calls and emails from our clients
• Opening, forwarding and closing helpdesk tickets
• Maintain ing customer records and updat ing account information as necessary
• Primary contact between the customer and our helpdesk
• Working with a team primarily located in Parkstein , Bavaria, Germany
• Various miscellaneous administrative tasks such as scheduling, reports, reminders etc.

Skills & Knowledge

• Must be fluent (written and verbal) in both German and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Good understanding of technical t erms and ability to learn
• Basic k nowledge of IT Systems, Networking, and Databases is preferred
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to type quickly and accurately

Education & Experience

• High s chool d iploma is required
• Previous customer service experienced is highly preferred

Scheduling

• This role will require coverage of different shifts as needed (morning and afternoon)
• Occasional Saturday coverage may be required (o ne Saturday per month )
• Hybrid role after training ( on-site with a limited amount of WFH days per month after training )
