We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Automated Equipment Operators. As a vital member of our distribution center, you'll monitor and operate an advanced automated material handling system, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Equipment Operator, you will :

  • Use your problem-solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain the system by effectively managing and clearing products, packaging, and carrier material.

Requirements :

  • One (1) to two (2) years in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding root causes.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
  • Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working at heights of 80-100 feet and adapting to temperature changes in a warehouse setting.
