Responsibilities
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reports
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong typing & 10 key skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- US work authorization
- Able to pass assessments for typing proficiency and accounting skills
- Associates Degree or 7 years of accounting experience.
