Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better
Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
Oversee all contracts through closing, assuring the collection of commissions
Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
Consistent agent updates and communication
Oversight of contracts through closing
Customer/Vendor relations beyond closing
Schedule and plan seminars, events, and team outings
Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
Produce accurate sales reports that include budgets, appointments, conversion, and outlining growth strategies based on defined goals
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft and Google Suite, and Customer Relation Management systems
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Manage and oversee administrative team members
Basic real estate sales knowledge
Customer relations experience
Highly trustworthy and vigilant in handling confidential and sensitive information
Learning-based and growth-minded
Service-based attitude
Proficient with multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)
Proficient in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
2 years of service and management experience
2 years of administrative experience
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Bilingual preferred (not required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
Real estate license preferred (not required)
