WizeHire is Hiring a Real Estate Administrative Assistant Near Orange, AL

We’re hiring a motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the Coastal Connection team as a direct support to the team leader, one of the top real estate agents in Baldwin County.
Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. A Real Estate license is a Plus but not required. This position has growth opportunities depending on the strengths of the candidate.
This is a full-time (M-F, 9 am-5 pm), in-office, salaried position with bonus opportunities and 100% company-paid health and dental insurance for the employee.
Evening and weekend work is not required, but is available with additional earning opportunities.

Compensation$36,000 - $46,000 yearly
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison in communication with team members, clients, and agents
  • Execute client relationship systems according to company standards
  • Manage team leaders' calendars and adhere to scheduled obligations
  • Schedule and track showing appointments and client meetings
  • Take notes in client calls and meetings
  • Manage team leaders' email
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports
  • Maintain the client management system
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Compile property searches
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Oversee scheduling logistics for new properties
  • Oversee office supplies
  • Assist with personal errands of the team leader
  • This person may act as a showing agent if licensed and agreed upon
Qualifications
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must currently live within 20 miles of Orange Beach, AL
