Compensation$300,000 Income Flow Based on Individual and Team Performance ResponsibilitiesTeam Leader's Agent Responsibilities
Training agents on how to Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home.
Guide agents on how to provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market.
Show the agents how effectively Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
Guide agents to Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers.
Show agents how to Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender.
Teach agents how to fill out the necessary documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
Qualifications
Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
License Valid real estate license. (preferable Broker)
Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
Sales Acumen Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Tech-Savvy Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
