Compensation$300,000 Income Flow Based on Individual and Team Performance
ResponsibilitiesTeam Leader's Agent Responsibilities
  • Training agents on how to Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home.
  • Guide agents on how to provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market.
  • Show the agents how effectively Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
  • Guide agents to Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers.
  • Show agents how to Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender.
  • Teach agents how to fill out the necessary documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.
Qualifications
  • Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • License Valid real estate license. (preferable Broker)
  • Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Acumen Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Customer Focus Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
