Meet prospects and clients to discover their property wants, needs, and desires. Then, find properties that meet those needs and help them buy the home of their dreams
Main duties include following up via phone, text, and email to manage your sales pipeline well and then help consumers buy and sell homes
Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients
Educate your clients on all important aspects of their home-buying experience
Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan approval and closing date
Prepare “comparable market analyses” to establish market value on listings as well as when preparing offers
Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities
Attend company events that are held for clients of the R&B Team (and have a great time doing so)
Qualifications
You should have a strong passion for real estate and sales even if you don't have prior experience
You should be a team player and possess great people skills
Good organizational skills are necessary for this role
General computer knowledge is required
You must have a strong work ethic
A growth and learning-oriented mindset is essential
Focus and determination are important qualities for success in this position
High moral standards and a high level of integrity are an absolute must for this position
Possessing, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license is a requirement (assistance can be provided)
The candidate must be a high-school graduate and at least 21 years of age
Basic sales and marketing skills are needed to sell effectively
Being a great listener is a valuable skill for this role
