Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Foundations, Procore)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
