___________________________________ Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking a multi-unit Area Director to lead operations in our West Michigan market. What You’ll Do This Area Director will lead operations for 39 Wendy’s restaurants with one of the largest Wendy’s franchisee in the country. This includes directing a team of District Managers. This leadership responsibility will involve increasing sales and profits, overseeing the opening of new locations within the market, leading the development of a solid bench of General and District Managers, and cultivating a strong organizational culture that makes their restaurants the top quick service dining experience and employer in the market.
