Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks a 14 passenger Bus Driver to drive our older adults to outings, luncheons, and grocery trips. The Bus Driver will also need to be able to operate a wheelchair lift and give exceptional customer service to our residents. 

Schedule:

• Part Time - 20 hours a week
• Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends 

Other position details:

• Light maintenance 
• Occasional light housekeeping
• Will lead a Men's Group
• Other duties as assigned 

 
Minimum qualifications:

• Minnesota unrestricted Class D driver’s license and good driving record.
• D.O.T. certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in van transportation of older or disabled adults.
• Sensitivity to resident needs and enjoy regularly working with older adults.
• Proven ability to interact positively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to embrace our values of Respect, Imagination and Collaboration.
