Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge in West St. Paul offers senior living with services to 127 customers, a 37-bed transitional care and rehabilitation center, 24 memory care apartments and 10 care suites.

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge seeks a dynamic and passionate Life Enrichment Assistant for Memory Care and Care Suites! Come make a difference in Seniors' lives by providing activities that will meet the social, physical, spiritual, and cognitive needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant will also drive the resident van and assist with exciting outings along with calling out BINGO in the TCU one evening a week!

This individual will have the ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles and embrace Walker Methodist's Mission: Life. And all the living that goes with it. Enhancing the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect, and service.

Schedule: Full-time 

Minimum qualifications:

• One year of experience in an assisted living, independent or long-term care environment preferred
• Engaging, enthusiastic and willing to learn and overflowing with creativity to share in planning new activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Minnesota driver's license with good driving record
• Passion to work with seniors and help them experience life to the fullest
• Heightened awareness of dementia and the aging process
