WNG is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

We have a Direct Hire opportunity in Houston, TX!

This is a Full-Time opportunity as an Inside Sales/Customer Service! This position is with a well-known/well established Organization & they are looking to grow their team.

Duties:

The Inside Sales is responsible for reviewing requests for quotations, relaying appropriate information to Engineering and completing quotations with the support of the Sales Manager. This position is also responsible for coordination of delivery, order entry, documentation and any additional customer requirements. Strong computer skills as well as time management, organization, multitasked and communications skills are required for this position.

Provide support to all members of the sales team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with other onsite personnel (or vendor personnel) to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions and order entry to receipt.
  • Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors.
  • As needed, act as customer’s on-site expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow up.
  • Provide support to all members of the sales team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery.

Qualifications:

The individual must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos and be able to write simple correspondence. The individual must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. The individual will need to calculate figures and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is a must as well as a deep knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point applications.

Education and/or Experience

Individual must have a Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Oil and Gas Experience is a plus.
