Dedicated truck drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. Unlike other dedicated accounts, our dedicated flex position offers a good balance of driving for multiple dedicated customers. As a dedicated flex driver, you'll enjoy a steady schedule with variety in your routes each week, as well as a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week.

As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you can expect:

Competitive pay:

  • Average $1,725 per week; $90,000 per year
  • Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week if available to work the entire week and training is completed
  • Starting pay is .66 cpm
  • Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on
  • Stop and loading/unloading pay (not all accounts)
  • Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable
  • Company-sponsored per diem program
  • Home weekly; drivers who accept two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road will receive an additional $200 in per diem

Job Requirements:

  • Drivers must have Class A CDL
  • Adaptable to change and the desire to work with a wide variety of freight
  • Occasionally support other operations when needed to ensure you'll always be rolling
  • Serve multiple customers, working for one account at a time (a minimum of one week or until the customer's needs are met) then haul another dedicated customer's product

Job Requirements:

  • Must live within 100 miles
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, including at least 6 months' OTR experience
  • Must have Class A CDL
  • Must apply for tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire and must obtain tanker endorsement within 90 days of hire - will be reimbursed upon receipt
  • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
  • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
  • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
  • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
